The #NSale is coming to an end, and while many items sold out quickly, there are still some REALLY GOOD (and even MUST-HAVE items) that I urge you to check out before it’s over!
The sale ends on Sunday, August 4th. After that, the steep discounts will disappear and these last-chance items will go back to regular price.
These are items that are absolutely worth grabbing to at least TRY why they’re still on sale!
SIZING: I’m 5’6″ and usually S/M or 6 in clothes and 8.5 to 9 in shoes.
1. Cardigan – Cozy versatile layer that isn’t too long but isn’t cropped either. Several colors! I wear size XS.
2. Chelsea Boot – If you try any boot this year, PLEASE TRY THIS ONE. I’m urging you to do so because this boot solves all the problems I know you had with boots not going with different cuts of pants last fall. This boot goes with EVERY pair of (non-skinny) jeans – your slim straight legs, work pants, cropped ankle length straight legs, kick flares, regular flares, bootcuts, wide legs, ankle length, and full length. They work because the shaft of the boot is extremely high and narrow, which are the two key things you want in boots when it comes to wearing them with non-skinny jeans. And you definitely want to grab these while they’re on sale – full price is pretty steep!
3. Lug Sole Boot – Totally recommend a lug sole for a super casual option! This style pairs well with skinnies, girlfriend jeans, and some straight leg jeans. I ALWAYS get asked about the pair I own that is an older version of these, and this is another pair that you’ve gotta go for while they’re on sale! (Though, they are totally worth it at full price, too!)
4. Printed Top – So cute and so versatile! Drapes really well and looks timeless but updated at the same time. It’s one of my favorite sale items because of how versatile it is. I wear size S.
5. Lifestyle Sneaker – Updating your lifestyle sneakers will have a SIGNIFICANT update on so, so, soooo many of your outfits – all your casual outfits and all your athleisure outfits. Getting this style from last year’s #NSale completely transformed and updated my outfits, and it’ll do the same for you. Definitely worth it on sale! I wear size 8.5.
6. Cotton Blend Joggers – I haven’t tried these but I know you’re always looking for casual pants. Give these a shot!
7. Flannel Shirt – I know I’m going to want a lighter colored shirt in the fall, so I got this one in pink. Very soft! I wear size S.
8. Waterproof Bootie – Looks really chic and goes with a ton of different cuts of jeans! And it’s waterproof!
9. Throw Blanket – Don’t overlook this blanket! It’s our family’s favorite. We own FIVE of them now, and our kids STILL fight over them and STILL want more. It’s ridiculous. 😂 But, that’s how much they love these. They’re super fuzzy. They don’t pill. They wash perfectly. And they’re especially well-priced on sale. Stock up for gifts for friends or for every member of your family (plus extras… because one for every member of my family is apparently not enough!)
10. Mom Jeans – I haven’t tried these either but the reviews make them worth checking out!
11. Flat Front Wide Leg Pants – Another pair I haven’t tried but look like a good option to try for fall!
12. Bombas Socks – Both my husband and I wear Bombas socks for activewear, and I love that they’re part of the sale!
13. Mary Jane Mules – SO CUTE. Remember when red flats were hot several years ago? Not that they ever fully went away, but they’re really prevalent again, and I’m not mad about it. A great way to update the red shoe look is with Mary Janes like these. Pop these on to any outfit made of all neutrals, and they will totally “lift” and give the outfit a super fun twist! I wear these in size 9.
Those are 13 last-chance items that you should check out and grab before the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale ends. I’m always of the mindset to at least give the item a shot at sale price because Nordstrom’s return policy is so long (it doesn’t have a time frame!). You can order items at sale price to get the deal and take your sweet time deciding whether it’s totally right for you or not. Then, you can use Nordstrom’s free return shipping to send back what you ultimately decide doesn’t work for you.
Sooooo, be sure to order the boots that go with all jeans, the throw blanket, the lug sole boots and whatever else piques your interest before the sale ends on Sunday, August 4th!
