I’ve been wearing a ridiculous amount of olive these days.  It’s kind of hard for me not to!  Olive and maroon are two of my main colors, especially in the fall, though I like wearing olive year round as well.

I’m so drawn to olive because as a pseudo neutral it acts as a neutral, going with nearly anything, yet I find it more interesting than standard neutrals like black and navy.  One of my favorite pairings for olive is turquoise like in today’s outfit!  I like how it lightens and livens up olive, plus I pretty much like anything with turquoise.

I have this tee in grey, which I basically wear anytime I’m at home as evidenced on Snapchat (@audreyPMT).  It’s my current favorite tee so I got it in olive too!  (But it’s not available in olive anymore–sorry!!!)  I most often throw on jeans and either this tee or the grey one with my white sneakers to drop Addie off at daycare really quickly.  But one time I needed to head to a meeting immediately after dropping her off, so I took my normal go-to outfit but exchanged the sneakers for leopard flats and threw on a statement necklace to pull it together a little.  If you need to spruce up a basic tee and jeans combo, go grab a statement necklace and some flats right now!
