I showed this outfit quite a while back in Instagram roundups, but I still love it just as much now as I did then!  I love having a plain white top that’s a little nicer than a regular cotton tee.  Whether it’s a material other than cotton, or whether it’s a jersey tee with cute details to make it stand out a little, a top like that can go a long way.  For starters, it’s a great piece to pair with any printed skirt, pants, or shorts.  It’ll also go well with jeans, especially if it has a special detail to take it up a notch from a plain cotton tee.  You could wear it with flats for an everyday casual look, or you could pair it with a necklace and heels.  You can also keep things neutral or pair it with colored shoes and colored accessories to make your outfit pop.  It’s super versatile, and if you don’t have something like what I’m describing I’d suggest trying one!  There are a few options below!

Also, this skirt is nearly sold out and keeps popping back in and out based on returns.  (Find it HERE.)  However, I’d like to point out several other lighter blue skirts that are really, really cute.  I just got two of them and can personally say they fit well and are really cute!  

The first is this “grey” one that looks more like light chambray to me (HERE).  It has a similar effect that the one I’m wearing above has with a similar silhouette and more subdued color.  Similar to mine, this also has an elastic waistband.  I wear size M.

The second is this cute polka dot pencil skirt.  It is DARLING and super stretchy and comfortable!  I wear size M.
