Last Thursday Tammy invited me to a tour of West Elm’s summer collection.  I donned my trusty red blazer as I toured the store and its beautifully vibrant colors!  (See Tammy’s recap post of the West Elm tour.)  

If you’ve read this blog for a while, you might remember that I don’t like wearing outfits reminiscent of things like popular holidays or the American flag.  I’ve slowly been breaking those qualms, and with this outfit I just went for it!  Red, white, and blue, and stripes.  BAM.  But, because I talk a big talk and can’t really walk the walk, I added a little turquoise to distract a wee bit from the American flag vibe.  And besides, turquoise and red?  Yes, please.
