Spring is a great time to freshen up your work outfits, and if you’d like help with that, today’s post is for you! I’m sharing three easy spring work outfits that you can copy to get dressed for work this week.
These are straight from the Spring 2026 Wardrobe & Outfit Guide, which helps you build a spring wardrobe that works together so you can get dressed more effortlessly each morning.
Inside the guide, you’ll find a step-by-step plan to build both casual and work wardrobes, plus 80 work outfits (and 88 casual outfits!) so you can feel fresh for spring without overthinking or spending too much energy.
Everything is built around practical, versatile pieces that mix and match easily and are modern, so you’ll have plenty of outfit ideas ready to go that are fresh and current.
Easy Spring Work Outfits to Stay Fresh
Here are three outfits from the Spring 2026 Guide for you to copy this week!
As a reminder, you don’t have to use these exact items for the outfits to work. You can copy them directly or use them as a starting point and make adjustments, substitutions, and tweaks based on what you already have.
I find that just having an idea in front of you — instead of starting from scratch — goes a looooong way in lifting the mental load of getting dressed. 🙌🏽

Spring is a GREAT time to incorporate prints and freshen up your work outfits. Pull out your favorite printed tops and work them into your regular rotation this season!
This outfit is a great example of how to wear a printed top to work without it feeling too bold or busy. The green print top adds some interest and personality while the grey pants keep everything grounded and make the outfit feel polished and work-appropriate.
This is an easy formula you can repeat with any printed top you already own. Pair your top with simple, neutral pants and you’ll get a look that feels put together but still easy to wear for everyday work.
Shop the Outfit:
Top: LOFT (similar, similar)
Pants: Spanx
Flats: Quince

This outfit is built around a classic workwear staple: a blue and white striped button up. It’s one of those pieces that’s really easy to dress up or down. You can wear it to work with trousers like this, but it also works just as well casually with jeans (like I showed in the post Four Cute Casual Outfits for Spring).
If it’s warmer where you are, a short sleeve striped top is an easy swap — that’s what I’ll be wearing!
This is a great example of a simple formula you can repeat: a classic top + tailored pants + flats.
If you need a layer, throw on a cardigan. You can keep it neutral or add a little color depending on what you prefer.
Finish it off with cap toe flats for a simple, polished look. I love the two-toned detail — it pairs well with black pieces without making the outfit feel too heavy.
Shop the Outfit:
Blouse: LOFT (similar, similar)
Sweater: Old Navy
Pants: Ann Taylor
Flats: Quince

This outfit is a great example of how to add color to your work outfits in a really simple way.
The short sleeve sweater brings in that fresh spring color, while the white pants keep everything light and easy. I love this green because it feels bright without being too bold or overwhelming.
This is an easy formula you can repeat with any color you like — pink, green, light blue, whatever feels like you. Pair it with a neutral bottom like white pants and the outfit will still feel polished and work-appropriate.
White pants are especially great for spring because they go with everything and instantly make outfits feel fresher. I also love that you can wear them to work like this, but they’re just as easy to dress down with sneakers or flats for more casual days.
By the way, short sleeve sweaters are everywhere this spring, and this sweater is one I’ve personally been loving! (I own it in three colors — that’s how much I love it, ha.) It’s really soft and doesn’t require a tuck, so you can wear it loose and effortlessly. If you want a little more definition, you can tuck it, like I’m doing here. Find the sweater HERE. I sized down to XS as it runs large.
I actually wore this outfit to a work event and loved how easygoing yet polished it is.

Sweater: Amazon (wearing size XS)
Pants: Quince (wearing size 6, similar)

How this guide can help you
One of the biggest reasons readers tell me they love these guides is because they remove so much of the guesswork from getting dressed.
Instead of trying to come up with new outfit combinations every morning, you already have outfits you know work.
And because everything is designed to mix and match, you’ll often find you can create even more outfits than what’s shown in the guide using the same pieces.
